As far as the shirts themselves; they came out awesome! I can't wait to show everyone at the wetdown as I'm sure they will be equally impressed. While we knew the art would come out great as is clearly evident by your extensive portfolio; what I really enjoyed was your customer service. You were directly involved with each step of the process and seemed genuinely concerned with making sure the outcome would be no less than stellar. I've received numerous calls and e-mails through out the entire process with updates and questions on the minutest of details, some which I know other companies wouldn't even bother with. I was never left in the dark as to what was happening; even when it didn't seem to benefit you at all. You even called to say your shipping department had erred in when the shipment went out. You could have easily swept that under the rug and no one would have been the wiser, unless of course something went wrong. Your honesty and customer service is second to none. Thank you!

I apologize that I haven't been able to tell you this earlier. The shirts we received are Awsome! I wanted to thank you and your staff for the advice and helping me through this process. I was real apprehensive at first doing everything over the internet, but you definetely eased my mind. We were working on a tight deadline and you easily beat it. The department loves the shirts and within 5 days we sold out of 80% of the short sleeves and 40% of the long sleeves. A lot of great feedback was heard from the members. The race is over and we sold every shirt, except for a few sweatshirts. Everyone absolutely loved them and people who don't normally buy shirts, bought this time. The design was awesome! We could have sold more T-shirts but we ran out of certain sizes on Saturday morning already. We wrote them down so we can better determine how to order next year. I can't begin to thank you for all you have done for us when we got into a last minute dilemma with our shirts this year. I emailed you 10:00 pm on the 1st and you had over 700 shirts in our hands by the 16th. Your website says "we move fast and we ship fast" and boy is that the truth. Our next race is in June, so I will be in contact with you in April.
